前陣子，紀由屋發布公文，簡單解說了專頁所經歷過的事情。(還沒閱讀的粉絲們請點我閱讀）
基本上來說，我是從發現問題開始到收集資料、到寫中英文上訴信、到最後發布公告都在負責處理這個問題的人。
在這一系列的工事（？）中，我產生了不少想法和情緒——尤其是對我們所“生活”已久的網絡社會這件事，因此想要在此跟大家分享一些部分的想法。

紀由屋近日遭到臉書不合理對待，上訴解釋，卻遭到無視處理。

臉書從步入2018年開始，便更新了臉書的運算方程式以及運作政策。紀由屋很不幸地，在臉書這一項革命性的更新中，遭到了系統誤判，成為了臉書正和釣魚式標題（Click Bait）戰爭中的無辜受害者。我們的粉絲頁帖文觸及數被限制封鎖，不論發什麼都無法傳達到我們的粉絲眼前。值得慶幸的是我們在今天凌晨一點的時候接到了臉書官方誤判的承認通知，終於獲得了解鎖。
這裡將會簡單解釋，這事情的經過和我們原本預定想要進行的打算。

針對發生在近期的紀由屋情況，我們相信我們遭到了臉書不合理的待遇，雖然盼望私下通過官方管道與官方私下解決，但很遺憾地已經過了將近一個星期的時間依舊沒有得到任何官方的回應，迫於無奈之下，將事情公開給大眾。
在這個星期當中，我們遭到了“絕對零觸及”、“臉書誤判封鎖”以及“臉書官方溝通不良” 等問題，相信這一切，並非臉書的惡意，而是在更新中出現的意外。因此想藉此公開信引起臉書官方和大眾的關注，以對我們所愛的網絡社群進行更進一步更好的改善。

Recently KikuyuS have been treated by Facebook unreasonably. We tried to deal with it in officially, but there's already a week go by and we got no response from the official. We're forced to do this and open to the public regard to this issues.
Just in this week, we faced "zero reach" on our Facebook page, and have been blocked intentionally without notice.We believe this is not what Facebook wanting from the recent update. But yet it happens as a flaw on the latest change of the Facebook. With this open letter, we hope that we can get enough attention from the public and also the official Facebook to improve our online community.
